About this notice
As KEF Endüstriyel İmalat İthalat İhracat Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“KEF Endüstriyel”), we use cookies, pixels and similar technologies (“cookies”) to improve your experience when you visit our online channels. These technologies are used in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”).
The purpose of this Cookie Notice is to inform visitors of the website www.kef.com.tr (the “Site”) (“Data Subjects”) about the processing of personal data obtained through cookies while using the Site. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files saved to your browser by the website you visit. They help the Site work correctly, remember your preferences and understand how the Site is used.
Why we use cookies
To provide the basic functions needed for the Site to work: e.g. remembering your cookie preferences and displaying the Site securely and correctly.
To analyse the Site and improve its performance: e.g. identifying the number of visitors and the most viewed pages, and helping visitors find what they are looking for more easily.
Marketing and advertising: showing content and advertisements relevant to your interests and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (only if you give your consent).
Strictly necessary cookies are used without seeking consent, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law (e.g. the legitimate interest of the data controller); non-essential analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your explicit consent. Personal data obtained in this way may be shared with our suppliers and with legally authorised public authorities, limited to the purposes above and in accordance with the law. The servers of analytics and advertising service providers may be located abroad.
Types of cookies used on the Site
The Site may use both first-party cookies (placed directly by the Site) and third-party cookies (placed by the servers of service providers other than the Site).
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the Site to work correctly and cannot be switched off. E.g. the record that remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner.
Performance and analytics cookies
These help us improve our services by analysing the use and performance of the Site: they show which pages are viewed most, whether the Site is working as it should and any possible problems.
Marketing cookies
These are used to show advertisements more relevant to you and your interests and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
How can you manage your cookie preferences?
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the cookie banner shown on your first visit to the Site. To change your choice, you can delete the Site data in your browser; the banner will be shown again on your next visit.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings:
If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the Site may not work properly.

Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
Request information about the processing if their personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom their personal data is transferred,
Request the correction of personal data that is incomplete or inaccurate, and request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of this,
